Gulfstream Aerospace’s Customer Support organization will launch a slate of 2020 customer-focused events on January 22nd in Zurich, Switzerland. The flight operations session will coincide with the World Economic Forum happening in Davos, Switzerland, January 21 to 24, and will target flight crews with presentations concerning advanced aircraft technology and connectivity and interactive collaboration sessions between pilots and Gulfstream personnel.

The Marquee Event

Gulfstream has two CAB (Customer Advisory Board) meetings set for 2020, including February 3 to 5 in Savannah, Georgia, where 100 select Gulfstream operators will meet with senior company managers and staff. A virtual CAB session is set for August 31 to September 2. Elsewhere, numerous operator forums are planned in the United States, South America, Middle East, Asia, and the UK. Specifics about these events will be available at the Mygulfstream.com customer site.

Gulfstream says its marquee Customer Support event will be the biennial Operators & Suppliers Conference, taking place June 7 to 10 at the Savannah Convention Center in Savannah. Upward of 2,200 customers and suppliers will learn about safety, operational issues, and technical updates and view support-services displays from Gulfstream and its supplier network.
